history, WestView was able to reduce the borrower’s payment by over $1,200 a month. This new 30 year fixed rate loan
also eliminated the chance of future payment increases, which existed before this refinance!
The leasing and tenant placement for an Encinitas condo. This transaction was completed within 20 days and resulted
